Fighting Fraud

Partnering with you to detect, deter and defeat fraud

Insurance fraud costs everyone money, including you. Fraud negatively impacts future premium costs and drives up your ex-mod. It also compromises employee productivity and morale. ICW Group understands how destructive fraud is and, above all, works hard to protect your company.

When you have a claim, rest assured we’re on it. Our proprietary technology evaluates over 3,000 data points for red flags and our Special Investigations Unit has skilled investigators to uncover suspect claims, assigning twice the number of claims for investigative support vs. industry average. All claims are automatically checked for signs of fraud multiple times throughout the life of the claim.

What to do if you suspect fraud

If you have any questions or suspicions about fraud, call the ICW Group’s anti-fraud hotline at 855.ICW.FRAUD (855.429.3728). Your insights are invaluable. All statements are confidential and available only to ICW Group’s Special Investigations Unit. You can also use ICW Group’s R.E.P.O.R.T. Worksheet to gather information on your suspicions and identify evidence you may not have considered.

Keep in mind, you can report fraud and fraud warning signs at any time, even after a claim has been settled.
