HR OnDemand Gives Policyholders Access to Critical HR Information When They Need It Most
SAN DIEGO, Oct. 29, 2018 — ICW Group Insurance Companies, a group of property and casualty carriers, announced today the launch of HR OnDemand. HR OnDemand provides ICW Group policyholders with knowledge, compliance tools and live human resource experts to help guide them through the most complex HR challenges. All workers’ compensation policyholders receive free unlimited usage included with their policy.

ICW Group partnered with ThinkHR a leading provider of trusted HR knowledge software and services, to deliver this free service. Policyholders can call, email, go online or use the mobile app to get expert HR help when it matters most. They’ll also have easy access to senior-level experienced HR professionals with PHR® and SPHR® designations.
Although HR OnDemand launched just recently, its already garnered positive feedback from ICW Group’s national base of policyholders. “HR OnDemand has been a tremendous asset for my company.
